Housing

There is no official hotel for the conference; however, we recommend the following as being particularly convenient.

University Guest House

The University Guest House is an affordable 3-star hotel on the campus of the University of Utah in the historic Fort Douglas area, near public transportation and greenspace. The guest house is within walking distance of the conference venue, and there is a free campus shuttle as well.

Transportation
- From the airport:
  - Light rail: approx. 45 minutes - take the Green line from the Airport Station to the Courthouse Station, change to the Red line towards University Medical and get off at the Fort Douglas station
  - Driving/rideshare: approx 20 minutes
- To the conference venue:
  - Campus shuttle: free, approx. 10 minutes. Catch the Blue route at the University Guest House stop, get off at the Warnock Engineering stop
  - Walking: approx. 20 minutes across campus
  - Driving/rideshare: approx 5 minutes, please contact the organizers to arrange venue parking
- To dinner, etc.
  - University Neighborhood: 25 minute walk, or 3 stops on TRAX Red line (Stadium Station)
  - Downtown Salt Lake City: TRAX red line to Courthouse station, or 15 minute drive

Marriott University Park

The Marriott University Park is a 3.5 star hotel located in the University of Utah’s Research Park. It is somewhat further from the venue than the Guest House, but more upscale.

Transportation
- From the airport:
  - Driving/rideshare: approx 20 minutes
- To the conference venue:
  - Campus shuttle: free, approx. 30 minutes. Catch the Sunnyside route on Wakara Way in front of the hotel, switch to the Blue line at the University Hospital, get off at the Warnock Engineering stop
  - Driving/rideshare: approx 10 minutes, please contact the organizers to arrange venue parking
- To dinner, etc.
  - University Neighborhood: 10 minute drive
  - Downtown Salt Lake City: 15 minute drive

Little America and Grand America

These two hotels, located in downtown Salt Lake City, provide a range of 4-star and 5-star accommodations, and have good connectivity to both the airport and conference venue. They are close to a wide variety of restaurants, bars, etc. in the downtown area. Little America is a classic hotel with garden rooms, tower rooms, and suites. Across the street, the Grand America offers a luxury experience.
